Born on December 18, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland, Cynthia was a devoted homemaker and Sunday school teacher. She was a woman of many talents and interests. She enjoyed painting murals, gardening, decorating, and dancing. Her creativity and love for life were reflected in the many things she enjoyed doing.Cynthia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Larry Hill; her mother, Gertrude B. Mills; her father, William Ross Miller; her brother, Wayne Mills; and her sister, Charlotte Mills.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Christopher Hill; her daughter, Wendy Smith; her grandchildren, Arver Clanton, Mindy Spear, and Alexis Smith; and her great-grandchildren, River Clanton and Alexandra Kight.

She is also survived by her sister, Alana (Mike) of Acworth, Georgia; her niece, Kelly; and her nephews, Hogan Godwin and Justin Godwin, along with other loving relatives and friends.The family kindly asks that, in Cynthia’s memory, donations be made to the Breast Cancer Society.The family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the Prisma Hospice nursing staff for the compassionate care, kindness, and support shown to Cynthia and her family during her final days.
